Can the Wim Hof Method heal Trauma and Stress? Trauma survivor shares experience at Wim Hof Retreat

I know firsthand how healing the Wim Hof Method can be since it helped me overcome and deal with Depression and Drug Addiction.

Still, it was so powerful to me to hear firsthand how a single Wim Hof Retreat affected Anna. She made a big step in her healing journey from PTSD back into a healthy life.

It’s my hope to help many more people suffering from stress and/or PTSD to heal and shine again. Of course, I'm not saying a single retreat will replace trauma therapy, but I think both can work well hand in hand.
